As such, the prospective student rotator’s submitted application for rotation must be accompanied by a brief letter of interest in both in emergency medicine and Maricopa. Students will not be slotted for a specific date until the application is complete.ĭue to our mission of training physicians in the specialty of Emergency those students with a planned career in Emergency Medicine will be accepted for rotation positions from August through January. Students must be in good standing from an accredited US Medical school. Last year, we had 64 medical students representing over 30 schools. We accept up to 6-8 senior medical students per month. In addition to hosting 4th year medical students from the University of Arizona College of Medicine Phoenix and Creighton School of Medicine, we welcome students from around the country.
